do I view an eBook?
You
can view these ebooks by installing Adobe Acrobat
Reader. Most computers come with Adobe Acrobat
Reader previously installed. You can also visit
adobe.com for more information.
I
just purchased an eBook. It requires a password
to open. What is going on?
All
of our eBooks are password protected. As soon
as your credit card details have been verified,
you will receive an email with the password. It
is therefore very important that you give us your
correct email address. NOTE: We will never give
away or sell your email address or other personal
information. We have a strict anti Spam policy.

I entered all my billing information, where is
my eBook?
After
the check out procedure is completed, you will
be presented with a receipt page. Print this page
for your records. Once your order is confirmed
and processed by our customer service department
you will recieve download instructions and a password
to open the eBooks.
How
long do I have to wait before the password is
emailed to me?
As
soon as we verify your credit card information and
order details, your password will be sent to you.
This should only take a few hours. However on days
of heavy sales volume or when general internet traffic
is high, it may take longer. Please allow up to
24 hours.
